Apify / policy
Apify clarifies that Actors can use three pricing models, including pay-per-event pricing.
Customers running pay-per-event Actors may be charged based on events such as returned results, rather than only platform resource usage; some Actors charge both event and usage fees. The diff does not establish a change to existing prices or contracts.
Check each Actor’s pricing page to see which model applies and review its listed event prices before running it.

When you pay for platform usage, the cost depends on proxies, data transfers, memory, and run duration. It also depends on the number of retries when a request fails. How does Apify pay as you go work? If you're on one of Apify's paid plans, you can continue using the platform after reaching the limit by paying the rest as overage.
